1. Our company's second lining trolley is equipped with a window by window injection automatic material distribution system. Through optimization design and on-site after-sales feedback, multiple optimization designs and improvements have been made to minimize the number of pipeline bends. The small sports car's feeding pipe is transported to the nearest end of the window, reducing the length of the pipeline and pipeline bends, and avoiding the blockage of concrete pipes caused by too long pipelines and too many bends;
2. Reduce or remove the 90 degree bend at the discharge port of the layered fabric, use a hydraulic cylinder to push the three-way pump pipe for feeding, reduce the pressure at the discharge port, and distribute the concrete at the discharge port to both sides of the trolley, achieving the customer's requirement of feeding at the same time on both sides of the window, avoiding the difference in concrete height on both sides of the trolley caused by feeding on one side and causing the trolley to deviate.
3. The feeding pipe adopts a combination of grooves and seamless pipes, making high-pressure water mist cleaning more convenient and visible. It can clearly distinguish whether there is any residue in the pipeline and whether the cleaning is in place, avoiding blind or missed cleaning. If the cleaning is not in place, it can cause residual concrete on the pipe wall. In the later stage, pipe blockage will be used. The on-site response was good, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of pipe blockage in the automatic fabric distribution machine and making it more convenient to use.
