Product advantages:
The tunnel uses a secondary lining trolley to achieve concrete pouring, ultimately ensuring the overall reinforcement and aesthetics of the tunnel after completion. However, during the lining process, there may be cavities on the top of the lining due to reasons such as over excavation or underexcavation of the tunnel, which cannot be effectively monitored and warned, seriously affecting the quality of the tunnel. The solution is to backfill later. The anti void warning device effectively monitors whether the concrete on the arch top is poured in place during the pouring of concrete. The liquid level sensing line of the anti void warning device is pushed up to the top of the initial support surface using RPC pipes through the reserved injection holes on the top of the second lining trolley. When the concrete is fully poured, the liquid level warning alarm is triggered, and if the concrete is not fully poured, the alarm is triggered 7 times to achieve the monitoring of the arch top void. Used in conjunction with a mold grouting machine to fill voids caused by sedimentation after concrete solidification and repair voids.
